Over Pacquiao? I don't think so. Khasai was great, but his resume is a little overrated and doesn't compare to Pacquiao's. Pacquiao's resume is WAY better than Khaosai's.

and I never heard of jang zung gu so i can't really comment on him.

I agree those dudes don't fight outside their country and got padded records... Pancho Villa, Elorde, Pacquiao, Espinosa, Navarete, Ceferino Garcia, even Donaire or Penalosa, etc.. all won their championships outside their native land and would consider them greater than those homeboys. Maybe im going overboard but im pinoy.
