One problem I have with your list is that in order for Lopez to get that high, he'll have to move up. From 122, to all the way up to perhaps 130. And that means, he might end up fighting Jorge Linares. And that's where he will have a problem.

Nothing I could really complain about though, otherwise.

Nice with the mention of Mares, by the way.

Chad Dawson is almost there, he for sure will be a P4Per soon.
Jorge Linares, Abner Mares and Victor Ortiz all have very bright futures. I could see any of them becoming P4P fighters.

Hasegawa's been tested before. He was originally tested when he fought Veeraphol Saprhom and then to see if the win was a fluke or not, KOd him in a rematch. He's also fought a lot of top bantamweight contenders. He's been tested with a bad cut over his eye before too.

It sucks Darchinyan is fighting for the IBF belt, now they won't ever fight...

After Lopez KOs Penalosa, and if he can somehow get fights with Vasquez and Marquez and win both impressively, I have no quarrels with him taking the top spot. That would be the fast road to P4P for Juanma and he's certainly capable of it.

I like Ward and Dirrell. Think both have bright futures eventhough they lack true power. Dawson will be around. I see Kessler or Bute rising from the ranks and getting on the list within the next couple of years. Juanma might be the next phenom. It'd be nice to see him go 12 with a good fighter though. He's not going to get early TKO's all the time.

You have Ortiz but not Bradley. The guy who has a better resume in fewer fights

Nope, if the ring has Vazquez, Marquez, and Caballero all in the ring P4P, then I think by beating those guys will put Lopez as high as #4. Then he goes up to 126 and beats Luevano and undefeated Chris John, and say hello to the future #1 P4P.
