This is what I have wanted all along and thats what he should do. Some are dissing him for fighting JMM now but if he beats Pac and then fights JMM then I dont think hardly anyone would diss him except the mega haterz and who cares about that.
The fact is that things are just too complicated right now and nothing really makes sense. The biggest fight in boxing by far is Floyd-Pac and it would show Floyd's true greatness if he went right to him with no tuneup. I think he would still win. It would no doubt be harder but it would also make the fight bigger. People think that he should fight JMM to make the fight bigger but I totally disagree. It would be bigger to have him fight the #1 P4P guy with no tuneup. Thats legendary stuff. He's messed around so long that the Hatton-Pac fight is basicaly here now anyway. If you take the JMM fight instead then there is no telling what will happened to Pac. He may do something else. I think part of the reason why Floyd wants the JMM now is that he's scared that Pac will fight JMM instead and then he would have to wait even longer.
Its just tricky no matter what but I think his team should just go to Arum & Pac right now and say that they want him. Its the better fight and he can do what he wants after that. He's been off and is older now but he's still got enough to take it to Pac without a tuneup. The biggest thing for me and what I fear is that he may totally destroy JMM. I could see him stopping him within a few rounds and to me that would ruin the Pac fight because everyone will now be favoring Floyd and half the people will say that it shouldnt even happened. Go straight to Pac!
