Wtf is going on with the Klitchkos these days? First two rematches, and now a ring that is 4 feet smaller tan the smallest ring allowed by the WBC (which is already small). They should use a reasonable ring that complies with the rules.

Chase, as far as I understand, it's usually up to the fighters to specify the ring size.
