only nuthugger that replied was malcolm ... this topic has been done to death ... it was a close fight could've gone either was it wasnt a robbery or gift, get over it ... it was ages ago. the rematch proved what the actual class difference was between castillo and pbf and i can say that as a big fan of the both of them ...

Ironic that Floyd cains Leonard for losing to a LW. When thats exactly what Castillo was

        Castillo dominate first fight.
He would win second fight too but he ran out of gas in last 3 roundS!

Not really ironic, since Mayweather-Castillo was a match up of two natural lightweights and occurred AT lightweight

I dont even consider Castillo an elite fighter. Leonard lost to a one of the greatest fighters of all time.

I think thats pretty funny since the judges scored the second fight closer than the first fight.

Wow boxing is so ******ed sometimes!!!!

Just pointing out the false analogy, not evaluating his comment.

We can't say it was a robbery because it was a close fight. Mayweather could have easily been put down winning the first 5 rounds.... meaning that only 2 more and he could of won, and he could of easily stole 2 of the last 7. I think Floyd was fortunate though due to how close it was and Castillo fairly would have felt hard done by... but in all fairness Floyd saw how fortunate he was and gave Castillo a deserved rematch where he won decisively (Floyd did have an injured left shoulder by the way, hence changing to southpaw... though no excuses made).

The judges and HBO got it all wrong though... HBO where ****** to give Castillo the lead by so much and the judges were ****** for giving Mayweather the lead by so much... it was absolutely crazy, though the rematch settled things so it kinda makes up for it, I understand what your saying though mate.

I clicked Neutral, meaning I don't think there was a clear winner... it wasn't a clear win for Castillo or a clear win for Mayweather and it could of gone either way or a draw.

that's why i am a fan because i appreciatte boxing no matter when 2002 or 2009. discredit? i watch the fight like a fan and scored it like i saw it. i respect your opinion but it also obivious that you are bias because Money is one of your faves. ( i love "Tito" but i also know that delahoya did enough to beat him the night they fought.") Fan of a boxer and a fan of the sport is completely different.
