Williams is a volume puncher, with less pop unless he really sits down on his punches. Hearns didn't have to. Hearns was the better technical boxer, and had a better defense which PARTIALLY made up for his weaker chin. Williams can be hit, thankfully the guys at the top level that he's fought don't have one-punch power. Williams and Hearns both go to the body well, especially for tall fighters, however. Nonetheless, Williams is a BIT better at it, while Hearns seemed to faster combinations and then moves out.
