Of course. Arum cheated Cotto maybe 2x. Against MArgacheato for sure and against *Pacquiao. And to be honest I would rather watch Cotto vs Mayweather than Floyd vs Paulie or M. Hatton. But haters would still hate talkin about Cotto as damaged goods and Hatton as great.
