you are right.. it's dropped. say whatever they say, it wont change the fact that Cotto is doing what Mayweather wouldn't and that alone makes him the bigger man.

For example, all of a sudden he wants Pac or Hatton but not once did he mention Paul's name. I'm 100% sure he isn't afraid of Paul but he jumped on the belt Paul left behind and to beat up on who, Jennings? He has a mouth for certain fighters but when asked about Paul Williams, his typical response is " I'll leave it up to my promoter"

Now before you jump on me, I've said it before...Paul isn't a name, too much a risk and very little reward but so much for fighting the best out there eh?

where's your proof that margo used plaster against cotto????

so what, cotto fought zab who was coming off a loss to floyd!!! he went on to fight gomez of contender fame.

if cotto beat margarito, instead of quitting, mayweather/cotto would be a huge fight. too bad cotto quit.
it wouldnt be happening because mayweather never gon take the risk especially if cotto won

If anyone quit it was Little Sinclair when the going got tough.
He has ONLY decided to return after the welterweights have all had it out against each other pathetic..

It amazes me how you'll hate on a fighter for at least manning up to fight an opponent but praise one who clearly wanted no part of them.
Calling Cotto a quitter is just as ****** as saying Floyd was actually afraid of Mosley, Marg and Cotto.

Lol at Pullcounter, trying to agravate people like always.

About the subject, theres no denial that when thing got rough, Floyd retire. I mean when he beated Hatton and Cotto beated Mosley and the DLHS rwematch fell, well what was the only option? Fighting Cotto. It made perfect sense at the moment. 2 undefeted prime WWs with a belt and the capacity to fill up Dolphin stadium twice in 1 night between them.

I laugh when the excuse, is that Cotto is not a draw. But Mayweather himself can sell ****. I mean is to biggees PPVs, were wit the 3 biggest ticket sekller in the sport. Coincidence? The other one was thta FLoyd got bored of the sport. He was bored of the sport but he ws seeking a DLH rematch?****a outta here.

He could of fight Tony right after or before Baldomir.

The thing is that he chose the easy patch, look how many people he did not fight
                  at 130- Casamayor, Freitas
at 135 - he beated the best LW in Castillo
                  at 140 - Tszy, Hatton
at 147 - Cotto, Magarito, Mosley
at 154 - the whole division

His skills ae great, the best, but his lack of balls and maturity, is whta make me not like the guy.

That is the excuse now? When Paul was fighting at WW and Cotto was asked about Paul his response was "I'll leave it up to my promoters" I'm sure, it'll be impossible for us to come into an agreement, just wanted to throw that out there
