1) everything richardson said is only applicable to the mosley fight. the only time they found the illegal padding is in the mosley fight.

1) It's aplicable to every Margarito Fight, period. If it wasn't for Richardson, The commishioner would had not be there. Remember that the commishioner deputy was the one to "ok" the right hand wrap. The deputy was the one to touch the plaster and say; "There is nothing wrong with it." after richardson felt the thing. THEN the Commishioner touched it and found it to be hard.

So for all we knOw... the same deputy was used before the Mosley fight. Come on, how much money could buy yourself one of those deputies to look the other way??? A true elite fighter would have beaten Margarito with or without plaster. Margarito is so slow that you should be able to avoid his punches. If he can't hit you, what good is plaster? Just more proof that Cotto is a B level fighter at best, not elite.
