I was working out yesterday and "Rock Box" by RUN-DMC came up on my playlist........... it reminded me of Roy going CRAZY on the double end bag on the 24/7 for Calz, this made me push myself more.

I know he lost and all but you can't deny his handspeed, it was clearly evident when they showed him doing his double end bag routine. Those are p4p the fastest oldest hands out there.
