No, the other guy thinks, as most people do, that Holmes would've beat Tyson. That Tyson fought his corpse is meaningless and not proof of anything.

I'm fairly confident Foreman would have smashed him in the early-mid rounds. You can't come to a young Foreman and survive, in-fighters have almost chance.
