no offense to mexicans but JCC is not good in my eyes.
Would you care to explain how Floyd would win by TKO? Reason I ask, a lot of Floyd fans love to predict, but never actually go into detail.

Fan: "Robinson vs Mayweather Jr, who wins?"
Floyd Fan: "Floyd KO 1st round"
    Fan: "Oooook how and why?"
Floyd Fan: "Just cuz, Floyd da best. Who? He *****. He da best."

Chavez would administer a beatdown on Floyd. Remember the first Castillo fight. Prime Chavez was like a Prime Castillo3.

That sums up my feelings on this fight. It would be nice if Mayweather engaged a bit with Chavez. He is going to engage only the few times he will be forced to. In some of those exchanges he will come out winning, in some not. He *might* even win the fight by engaging more more, but instead he will fight a boring ass fight, using all his guile, his 'negative arsenal' of fast side movements, little adjustments, pivots, potshotting to prevent the other guy from taking off, occasionally holding and hitting when JC gets in. There are a lot of things Mayweather does great, but the thing that makes him special, is what he makes his opponent not do.

you say no nuthugging, then go on to say floyd is too good for everyone, but don't go into detail elaborating how he would easily beat Chavez.

Cream of the crop you Floyd fans are.

Mayweather trades too much to beat Chavez. Mayweather used to love too stay in the pocket, against Chavez! thats suicide. One thing we learned in from the Castillo fight is Mayweather doesn't like getting hit in the body not in the 1st or the 2nd fight all he did was complain when Castillo got close. And prime Chavez has enough speed and great reflexes to match floyd. Floyd is fast but not as fast as Taylor, Taylor he was fast.

And i agree with the other poster who said Whitiker and MAyweather have differnt styles. And though people say Whitiker out boxed Chavez. Do you guys really remember just how fast Whitiker had to back pedal to try and out box Chavez? Chavez would keep Mayweather running backwards all night if he doesn't stay in the pocket.

I think theres a reason Mayweather never fought Margarito a pressure fighter as Chavez was and people heavily under-rate Chavez defence.

You picking the mexican fighter in a matchup is expected. Making ridiculous claims like the one about speed and reflexes is almost expected.

You mentioning Margarito and Chavez in the same sentence is surprising. Tony had chin and workrate goign for him and that's it, JC was a helluva fighter

You thinkinig Floyd is god is expected. You not knowing anything about Chavez prime or early fights is expected. Chavez was fast at 135 and 130. Hows Mayweather going to hurt Chavez? IF Mayweathers going to box circles against Chavez, i hope he brings a super fast bike, because Whitiker used a bike and he could barley get away from Chavez.

Any way you cut it up. Mayweather struggled a lot with Castillo and some of Mayweathers toughest fights were against Mexican and Latin fighters a style that may be said Chavez perfected.
