    i think he is naturally Jr.welterweight...maybe, more less than

      5'7 used to be normal for a welterweight, but there has been an influx of very big welters during the past years.

          He was perfect for 140 but out grew it now he is just another WW, a bit short but a full 147lber no doubt AND the best in the division

            147 is his natural weight. Not everyone is 5'10-5'11 in the Welterweight division (which is sorta a new thing in the division these days). Guys like Berto and Cotto are "short" WWs, but in no way are they small in the sense of body mass to make the weight.
