        only one thing..Chin is a term used. has nothing to do with your chin. The most under used exercise in the gym is a neck exercise. You lie on the ring with your head hanging off. there is a strap weight that straps around your skull laying on your back and or your stomach you lift your head up and down. You strengthen your neck it helps you take a shot. Some who practice very sharp defense usually have weak defense...you will see fighters with brawling styles do this a lot.

          I don't think the difference will be notable. Developing the neck muscles might help against uppercuts if you have a decent chin, though.

              The op didn't even mention khan?

              Adding weight, improving head movement and keeping his gloves up will make a huge difference, but a weak chin will allways be weak.
