5"11 borderline 6 feet, walk around between 145 and 150 but I grew up racing BMX and Road bikes so I have always been on the lean side. I just run now and am transfering weight upstairs but I'm assuming I could go to 140'ville to play.Comment

My 20-words-or-less answer would be Super Middleweight/168 lb. I can make that with rigorous training but without completely altering my normal eating habits.
If we're talking enema diets and drying out in the days (if not week) leading up to the weigh-in, then I can hit middleweight/160 for the few seconds it takes to jump on a scale and have a physician/commission official confirm and announce.
Normal training and eating habits, light heavyweight/175 would be my most comfortable.
Of course, I'm not ready for a fight right now, which is why I choose 168 over 175.Comment

A lot of you guys must be in fantastic shape, as some of you are only talking about dropping less than 5 lbs to get to your fighting weight. I'd guess most pros (at least the more successful ones) drop closer to 10-20 lbs to get to their ideal fighting weight.
I'm 5'8 and walk around at 165; a little soft in the middle but not too bad. If I was in fighting shape I'd walk around closer to 155 and ideally drop down to fight at 147.
I weighed around 140 in college... 7 years ago. Frame and build are a bit different now... you guys who've hit 30 know what I'm talking about.Comment

Maybe your right, or maybe i don't realize how light i could be with some discipline.. With nothing hanging over the belt however, it would be tough for me to lose 10 lbs and keep any muscle.A lot of you guys must be in fantastic shape, as some of you are only talking about dropping less than 5 lbs to get to your fighting weight.
