How can you tell if somebody has reached top form if they are never tested...

Andre Berto is the WBO WW champion of the world for pete's sake...and I still read from people on this website that he still is not ready for the big names...

Berto's had what 24 fights and is 25, Concepcion 28 fights and is 21.

thats hardly unreasonable to be just reaching world level, believe it or not experiance IS important when you get to the top level and rushing fighter leads to Jeff Lacy's.

In Berto's case, I don't understand how he can be WBC Welterweight Champion and yet be too green for a unification fight?

No wonder boxing fans are jumping ship and watching UFC instead.

to tell the truth, i think he should move up in weight....... the ww division is packed..... i mean think about it, would you throw him into a ring with mosley? cotto? clottey? idk about you, but i think berto isnt ready for that.....
