there is no king at 147 till the beltholders fight eachother and settle it. the last guy that beat the king of 147 was marg when he beat cotto. cotto was the true king, he was undefeated and beat mosley(it only matters what the judges scored the cotto vs mosley fight). yeah mosley beat marg but he still hasnt beat cotto so you cant give him the crown until he beats cotto.

cotto vs mosley 2 will settle it. until then there is no 147 king
