Cintron just loves to humiliate himself. He along Forrest, are the two names that Angulo can really beat in the division. Williams, Martinez and Santos outbox him and the only way to beat Dzinziruk nowadays is by KO, particularly because the guy does't come out of his hometurf. He will eventually pick on whoever wins that vacant IBF belt, but there is Kirkland, who may defeat him as well. Its a really tough division for this kind of no-defense, preassure fighter. I wonder how long will it take until he goes down to 147, just to pick on the small guys...

By the way, Zab Judah? WTF? Judah is simply terrible now, I would pick any decent welterweight to win over him, he always looks lost in the ring. And if by some chance Berto losses, his career will be seriously buried, his image will be gone and with it the prospect of immediate fights against great fighters. Its clearly a lose/lose situation for Andre, but I wonder if HBO is just afraid to put that Collazo rematch up in May...

Its really hard to say. Both Cintron and Judah just dont have the mentality to be champions, they dont do well enough when they are in a tight situation.
I dont think Berto is an elite WW per se, but guys like Cintron and Judah arent going much farther in their careers.
