I think it will be competitive until the later rounds when Pac takes over. I gave Ricky a chance at first, but I've been going back and watching both guys fights and I don't see Ricky taking it. Three things are up in the air right now though

1. What is Pac gonna be like at 140 against a live opponent who is solid and strong at the weight. Ricky's no Deadlegs Delahoya
2. Whats the ref gonna do when Ricky hugs
3. Is Ricky going to listen to Floyd snr. and be able to apply it (i think not.)

I don't think Ricky is getting knocked out, but I think he will be on ***** street once or twice and his face is gonna be hamburger by the time it's done. I can see him getting hit with that straight left and then stumbling in to hold pretty much all night.

But hey if Ricky wins, I will have all the respect in the world for him. I am biased though, cause I'm still pissed about Ricky beating Kostya Tszyu
