He isnt sincere and sounds like he is reading from a script, like his PR guys prep him before every interview.

It knocks me sick that he is so hyped and isn't even that great. Fight someone of note and beat them soundly ffs!! He is a ****y 22yr old that believes his own bull**** hype! And this is someone from Manchester talking.

man that is lot of hate - i agree with you he does throw out the cliches as if they are going out of fashion. 'the boy becomes a man', 'i just made a little mistake', 'iv proved people wrong' among numerous others.

then there was him saying he was caught cold after the prescott defeat - did that actually convince anyone?

i dont think hes ****y or arrogant what annoys me about him is that he and his team seem to believe their own hype. they seem to believe that he warrants a good ranking, when the truth of the matter is that he was spoon fed tailor made fighters (kristanjens, st clair, limond - light fisted, good chin, good skills but no real strength/power).

i do hate the fact that he is hyped as well - hes made out to be englands golden boy whereas he is in fact a good fighter (v.good speed, accuracy and stamina) who can win a title but is vulnerable at the same time.

btw a rematch with prescott is pointless and dangerous, in fact i dont see a more ****** fight being possible. not every fighter needs to avenge a defeat e.g b-hop in his first pro bout.

Well then that is blind hate. Every word you've just said. All that stuff about him being ****y, not humble, dismissive of his own faults, etc. is all subjective - to me he does seem humble, willing to learn more each fight and rise up as much as he's allowed to. You obviously don't think so, but there's nothing behind your posts which can be touted as fact. No objectiveness. Just opinion. A really bitter, hating one. :wnk1:

To be fair my favourite boxer got lazy and fought the wrong fight and got knocked out by hasim rahman, the Khan I saw vs Barrera would box Prescotts ears off imo.

Yeah i did rant on a bit, sorry about that. lol. Hes just one fighter that makes my blood boil. sick of seeing him all over the TV, bill boards, sports websites! He is a good fighter, but not the god send most of the british media seem to think he is. In my book he became a B fighter the second his chin was exposed, if he had a decent chin then he might have the potential to be world class but as it stands he hasnt.....so he will never be world class.

JMM has vacanted the WBO title, that means Khan will get a Tomato can to smack around the ring and win the vacant belt, then the bull**** will start again "Khan reaches the top" blah blah blah and he will be fed feather fists for the rest of his career while cashing in for Warren! Just rubbish! Makes me depressed to be a British boxing fan! There are so many more worthy fighters.

It would be pretty ironic if Khan KO'd Prescott in the first round of the rematch, though I doubt I see this happening very much.

I do think he can and will win the rematch since he knows what not to do this time around.

LOL, that would be pretty surreal. Can't see it happening though. Roach has got a good hold of the lad in terms of sticking to game plans now, which is good. He's a clevery more patient fighter now that would be cautious with Breidis. I'm not even sure Breidis would race in as much as he did.

Right let me get this straight, the guy says he is willing to fight the man who knocked him out in 51 seconds and yet he is still be hated on? This forum is ridiculous.

Hopefully I banned so I'm not tempted to log onto this forum again.
