Awful article, infact it's merely quotes from one side, so completely biased. That's pretty poor for a news site whom you expect some level of unbias and accuracy from.

To quote further from the BBC article:

He said it was "inexplicable" Mr Warren, the claimant in the case, and Mr Simons, who were both "astute and experienced businessmen" had failed "to produce one shred of paper" to record their alleged verbal deal over the Hopkins fight.

"During the court hearing in February, he claimed that Mr Warren, through his company Sports Network, managed to persuade him to sign contracts under duress while he was suffering dehydration and hunger preparing for fights"

Eh? fu.ck me sounds like something a ********* suspect says after interrogation.
A professional fighter signing a contract under duress, aye, dead on!!

Holmes, Witherspoon, and a number of others have made very similar accusations against Don King.

Why would heavyweights be weight-drained? There is no limit for them!

          Tired? Yes.

          Stressed? Yes.

But surely not dehydrated and hungry.
