Would Khan have been better off with Floyd sr?

I'm not gonna use the Barrera fight as a measuring stick because clearly Barrera is shot, but i have noticed quiet a few improvements with Khan, improvements such as...

better balance, punch technique, defense, footwork, accuracy, combinations, and i love the way he does that Manny Pac in and out fighting, BUT dont you think Floyd sr could have got him into a better style?
