Second even tho Pacquiao is not a WW he is close to Cottos size except the weight.
Third, Cotto is not just fighting Pacquiao for the Money, if Pacquiao beats hatton, theres no where to go than, to fight a full WW to see how he do (Do i think Pac is at a disvadvatage of course he is), Cotto is going for legacy, beating the number P4P fighter, who happends to be a 6 division champ and a 4 division lineal champ, will help Cottos legacy and exposure too.
