Especially if the fight were in Germany I bet it would. In the US, I have no idea who is a bigger draw between Abraham and Martinez. Either way, if Abraham and Forrest are both trying to be king of the middleweights and get a fight with Pavlik, this fight makes more sense than Forrest-Martinez.

Showtime probably doesn't have much interest in Martinez because it doesn't do many fights with 154 lb fighters now that Kirkland and Angulo have jumped ship for HBO. But I know that Showtime wants Abraham and Pavlik to step into their 168 lb round robin that they've been building up over the last 2+ years. So, I could see them putting decent money into a Abraham-Forrest match that they wouldn't make available for a Forrest-Martinez match.
