BScene Prospect Watch - Introducing Said El Harrak

By Ryan ******** - Said El Harrak packed his bags for America at the age of 14. He boarded the plane from his hometown of London, England under the pretenses that he was taking a temporary vacation.

Unbeknownst to young Said, his stepfather had accepted work in Santa Clarita, CA, and the whole family was relocating permanently to the Golden State. His mother knew that he would not want to leave home under any other circumstances so she omitted the long-time commitment part of the equation. [details]

I just hope this guy doesn't get as much hate as Khan gets. They are similar in many ways if you haven't noticed...

3-0 its kind of early to receive much attention by the mainstream boxing community, and hence this forum. Some of the ones highlighted here by Dan, would gather more attention:

From his hard-hitting, crowd-pleasing style to his boyish charm, what's not to like about Victor Ortiz? Dan Rafael foresees many years at the top of the sport to come for boxing's next big star.

Does he have a weak chin and a delusional promotional following? Otherwise, he won't be hated.

Some of those guys on the list have less fights than this subject hehe. This is a good list, though some of the fighters are more contenders than prospects. I've written about most of those guys already. I like giving unknown fighters press.

I would like to know more about Guerrero, Korobov and Galarza. All of these guys have very high KO ratios, the last two actually boast a perfect 100%. Altough after seeing Korobov's last outing, I believe that he is bound to win some decisions quite soon.
