Damn, that's some eagle-eyed **** right there. Good find. It does appear the ref looks at the slimeball wearing a suit in the front row and then immediately turns his head and looks at the cut.
I already posted my thoughts on the fight elsewhere, but it's crazy to me that some people can't see that the blood in the eye had an effect in this fight. The right hand delivered by Barrera at approximately 1:38 in this clip that sends Khan back might be looked as one of the few good moments MAB had, but would have Khan bounced back in Round 10 when his legs are no longer fresh? In a 12 round fight that goes the distance you can look flashy for 10 rounds and still wind up on your ass if you got a questionable chin.
If you look at the post-fight interviews, aside from the patched-up gash on Mab's head, he doesn't appear to have sustained that much damage. Yet Khan, who landed flurries and barely got hit, has a little welt developing under his right eye. MAB with two eyes in a fight that keeps going has a chance, man. I'm not saying MAB automatically pulls out a win, but he would have had opportunities to catch Khan. I mean, as good as Khan looked, and he did dominate every round, the messed-up eye was an advantage for him. I know that statement will illicit hate from the Khan bandwagon, but whatever.

I still believe Khan would have won, but we will never know for sure nowI honestly would like to see a rematch, I know many are opposed to this though.
