Abraham presses the fight in the 12th round and lands numerous clean punches on Simon's chin. Simon shows his toughness and becomes the first man to last the full 12 round distance with Abraham since Edison Miranda back in 2006.

In my opinion it's doubtful that Abraham will stay at 160 after this.

Arthur Abraham wins a comfortable decision and remains the champion.

The top few SMWs all beat Abraham pretty handily. Kessler makes AA look like a dead set amateur.

Do you think Carl Froch would beat him? Or Karoly Balszay? I would give Kessler and Taylor a great chance of outboxing Abraham but Bute showed his vulnerability in the later rounds against Andrade.

I wish he would move up because I'm tired of seeing title defenses like this. No offense to Simon who proved to be a tough competitor but I want to see the big fights happen at 160-168.

Abraham did talk about fighting Pavlik and going to America in the post-fight interviews.

It's kind of ironic the stark contrast to the mw and smw divisions. The smw division is loaded with talent while the mw division seems very dismal at the moment. I say, Abraham and Pavlik both move up to super middleweight..

Abraham should but the Hoax shouldn't...he doesn't have the skill set, boxing ability or intellegence to beat those guys at 168 and without the ability to bully his opponent, he will get demolished.

Abraham's body is telling him to move up, he got tired after the rally at the 5th (?). He's fighting in spurts way too much and he's going to get outworked sooner or later, and as I noted before, he gets hit by left hooks way too much. Simon looked like a pretty good fighter though, good chin, good heart and seemed pretty sound technically.
