His deffense has improved, you can see him box better since Freddy Trinidad has been in camp, I expect more improvements. Cook was outboxing him at first and then Rocky turned it on, what a nasty KO. He needs to up his game a bit before considering unification, great fight!

This fight makes a lot of sense. I think Mitchell is ready for a shot at the big time. A fight with Cook couldn't be made because they were good friends. This could be a great revenge fight, giving Mitchell the chance to avenge his friends loss.

I have a feeling this would be a war with both fighter tasting the canvas and getting up again. Definitely a FOTY candidate if it ever gets made.
