    Oleg Maskaev wins by 1st round KO

    Oleg Maskaev (36-6) knocked out American Rich Boruff (17-2) at 1:35 of the first round today in Saransk, Russia.

    Oleg turned 40 on March 2.

        Well, he does have those two stoppage wins over Hasim Rahman, a man who KOed Lennox Lewis.

          Honestly, Rahman hasn't been very good since those stoppages.

          I really think he lost a lot of power in his right hand after that.

          He just didn't seem the same fighter.

          I just think at this point Oleg is too old and slow. His power has helped his career along and he has good skill.

          I just think he's past it.
