So what can Amir Khan do to stop the hate?

I also do think is skin colour played apart in the way he was hated to be honest, There are still some people out there who dont like a coloured person who seem confident enough in his or her ability.

This is to happen alot in boxing for some reason which i dont understand...A lot of people especially over here in the UK were waiting for him to fall.

Cats hate on him cuz they felt dumb havin believed the hype before he got ktfo. Every fighter gets flamed to hell for losin on here, nothin new. Khan has a chance to make a statement against MAB, but he needs him in near top form to do so. IF MAB puts up a serious fight and Khan can win, he should get everybody's respect.

Khan was hype because he won silver at the olympics not because of what he achieve in the pro game, People hated him way before he got KO...and the excuse is "He is too arrogant" but everytime i see a boxer they all talk in a confident way but if Amir Khan does it then its a problem.

He had to work hard for every little thing that he got, I dont care what little minded people say about he got "Given" so so and so.......Got given what exactly????

Harrison was a fraud who took BBC TV licence money and age 29 and didnt achieve anything...Khan was 17 when he represent our country and his still 21 yrs old, If you going to hate on a 21 yrs old who gave his all to represent your country then thats pretty sad and lame.

Then he can fight the numerous european LIGHTWEIGHTS that haven't even been mentioned but who have better records and are more deserving of a title shot.

firstly he is in the position he is in now because he worked his ass off as an amateur fighter and represented Great Britain as the only boxer at athens 2004!!!

I'm sure any boxers on this site will tell u that ain't, as u put it, easy!!!

in regards to hatton, clearly he was put on the spot by the british press on how he would do against hatton, what do u want him to say? he said he thought that his style would be made for hatton, he didn't bash hatton at all!

as i said before a boxer has to believe in himself!

of course its race, we have an olympic silver medallist who looked like a future world champion. the brits love their boxing and love backing their fighters,yet its different with amir, why ? because of race. look at the 3 new kids on the block, degale, saunders and the other guy, all are no different from amir yet the british public love them and hate amir, all the new guys are british.

mind you, amir constantly putting up the pakistani flag at every opportunity hasnt helped.

the guy is 22 he has plenty of time to fight big names!!!
