Here's a good place to start. Without understanding the situation, and instead just saying "Kessler is a nobody, he ducked X or Y fighter, he is ****, blah blah", shut your mouth for a few minutes and open your mind for once. The situation is not as straight forward as you think.

i think hopkins would school kessler too.......williams fought verno for an interim belt, pretty much the same **** kessler did after he lost to calzaghe and ducked miranda. williams also KO'ed quintana in the first round of the rematch, mind you, and he was moving up from welterweight to middleweight when he decided to fight kolle. that fight was also made in a month's notice. williams is fighting winky wright next month, now what? who's kessler fighting next?

What I said doesn't make him better than pavlik or williams, but the fact that he is better fighter than pavlik and williams isn't a super-middle does.

neither pavlik or williams are supermiddleweights. kessler might be better skilled boxer than pavlik, but skills is only half the story.....they work better when you got balls to go with them.

Hopkins beat Pavlik at 170 pounds in a match that ****** for pavlik stylistically. This does not make pavlik garbage.

Jermaine taylor nearly knocked out kelly pavlik in 2 rounds (Did hopkins come close to hurting pavlik as much as taylor?) gassed himself, held his left low and got punished. The rematch was razor thin, some had it for taylor. Taylor also has 2 decisions over hopkins at middle (notice i didnt say beat), just because he lost to kelly pavlik, doesnt mean he's garbage or not talented.

It doesnt work like that, Ricardo Mayorga beat Vernon Forrest twice I think, does that make forrest garbage, considering he beat shane mosley twice in his prime?
