The balls? You don't want that. All that "Cotto folds PWill" ****, you have better throw that **** out the door.

Because he destroyed Quintana in one round. Lewis didn't want a rubber match against Rahman either, because it would have been completely pointless. What would have been sad is if he did want to fight someone again that he had just destroyed.

Quintana needs to win a big fight, then he could call for a rubber match with some credibility. But he's done nothing since Williams destroyed him, so no one but you takes him any more seriously than they would take a 5 year old kid calling out a peak Tyson.

Two months later he went down to 154 and stopped Verno Phillips for the interim title. On April 11 at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, Williams jumps back to 160 to face Winky Wright. [details]
Its unfortunate that these cowards who call themselves champs wont fight PWill.....i understand but dont like the fact that PWill fights between 147-160.
He should stay in the WW division and call out the 147 champs/contenders until they agree to fight him........fighting winky is risky, fighting and cleaning up the ww division should be his first order of business, then step up to 154 and fight everyone there..........if Kirkland beats dzinziruk, then he should fight him....

Antonio Margarito was not FORCED to fight Paul Williams. Let me school you a little kid. Margarito had a chance to vacate the title in order to fight Cotto, however he CHOSE to fight Williams because everyone was talking mad **** that Williams was the "most feared man in boxing ", so Margarito wanted to prove he was up to the challenge- so he TOOK the fight, knowing it was a dangerous fight. How many fighters over the years have vacated their titles in order to go after bigger money or a bigger fight???? I'll name one recent one. The PACMAN VACATED HIS TITLE IN ORDER TO SET UP A FIGHT AGAINST OSCAR DE LA HOYA. Do some research before you talk. Here's a link for evidence. www.fight beat.com/article_detail.php?AT=403

Thats funny because the WBO came out and said they will strip Margarito if he chose to fight Cotto instead of HIS MANDATORY, which was Williams at the time....Do you know what mandatory means? Do you know what stripped of his title means? So yes, he was basically forced to fight williams or he faced being stripped.......

Heres a lil bit from your OP/ED piece that you linked people to....

“I decided to fight Paul Williams because they did not want to recognize me in the Cotto fight,” Margarito explained. “They wanted me to face him as the challenger and I did not want to give up my title without a fight. We came to terms with Cotto and if we both win our next fights’, we will face each other then.”

So lil kid, what are you talking about?

LOL - you really think Quintana at this point is a bigger threat than Winky?

EXACTLY. Margarito could've easily vacated the title and waited on Cotto. However, he took the challenge against Williams because he called Williams bluff ( Headline of the article) and wanted to show the people he wasn't scared of Williams. He also had pride in the belt he earned versus Cintron and wanted to keep it because he felt he worked so hard for it. You can put it any way you want. But there was no forcing here, Margarito could've vacated and waited on a sure Cotto fight. However, he had the balls to face Williams.

Again, wasn't Manny Pacquiao STRIPPED of his title recently?? Yeah because he fought De La Hoya!!!!!! Where was the FORCING there?????

All true, but he did duck him when he was offered $4 million to rematch him this year but fought Mosley for $2.3 million instead. (Although it would be fairer to say Arum did the ducking, as it seems Arum may have said no to it without even consulting Marg).
