Watched Vitali versus Byrd, Vitali seemed so gunshy against a guy who isnt known for power. Same with Vlad agaisnt Ibragimov, I understand fighting tall and all but why be so gunshy. They reach in shyly, almost like they are poking a dead lion to see if its really dead or not, what gives?
They weren't gunshy against Ibragimov and Byrd, they just had some difficulty with their styles.
Those guys are southpaws and excellent defensive fighters, and so can make their opponents miss and look very bad if they're not careful.
Not it, at all. It might be a little more aggressive then Hopkins's usual style, but in no way it was actually a performance that would be scary. Thats like if Wlad took Austin to a decision.

Well considering Pavlik had never even lost before and Austin had been KO'ed before I'll go out on a limb and say youre incorrect.
The threadstarter doesn't like them because they're white.
There were a lot of Calzaghe hate threads, now there's a lot of Klitschko hate threads.
Wow, youre calling me a racist, if you knew my race you would be in for the shock of your life, anyway I like Vlad and his technical punches but he is overly cautious to a fault, its because they dont trust their chins simple as that, I knew years ago thats why Roy Jones fought the way he did.
you can train somebody to fight in a different style from their natural one but you can't really change them. the klits are the kind of fighters that think too much in the ring, they're not naturally aggressive
wlad was in no danger agianst tony " the *****" thompson and still had to dance for 11 rounds to get him out of there, he could have dusted his ass in less than 10
