So Cotto refuses to fight cause he won't leave New York? That is an excuse not an answer, I would accept "I Don't wanna Fight Mosely Again" that would be an answer...he could also go to mexico and redeem himself with margorito but he won't do that either. So he don't want the belt, he don't want to redeem himself and clearly he doesnt want money since he takin less for Clottey. It's just clear Cotto don't want it with Shane again.
