as for mab... roach trained pac to beat mab 2x already.

pac was probably working on defense and movement against khan in that sparring session.

if anyone knows who's faster pac or khan, its probably roach, because he trains both of them.

he was working on footwork.. If you heard the coaching to step to the side, where to go manny was listening.. He told Manny to throw a body shot and manny did. But it looked like they were concentrating on angles.
