That's a burn out drill we do but obviously not to that speed or duration.

he was taught how to 'box' by his father, someone who never threw a punch in his life, and by the looks of it probabley slaps himself, i can just imagine him slowly demonstrating how to punch to joe

regardless of wheter he slaps or not the bottom line is the joe has developed a style that is hugely effective - can anyone else name a fighter who is 36/37 years old and has developed into a speedy, volume puncher from being an early KO artist
