Wladimir Klitschko Gives David Haye a March 21 Deadline

Wlad will decide on an opponent by March 21st.

WBO/IBF heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko has set a deadline date of March 21 to reach a deal with David Haye. Their fight would take place on June 20 in Germany. Over the last few months, the sides can't seem to reach an agreement and problems continue to come up. Klitschko's side will continue to negotiate until next weekend. [details]

        Thanks for the update.

Seems like there's still a possibility of the fight with Haye happening.

Sad to see Wlad will have wasted several months if he doesn't fight until Povetkin in August/September...

Dimitrenko might be the toughest opponent out there, though he isn't that tough.

Haye, Arreola, whatever. I just want a Wlad fight soon so we can have three in the year. Haye was never worth waiting until June anyway, that loudmouth did nothing but waste time

Wlad wants to fight Haye now, because this fight will generate much more money than his fights against Arreola or Povetkin. I'm sure, contract will be signed in the next few weeks.

he should fight James toney.he should win but toney is defensive & would fight him.it would be an excellent fight for wlad to gets some rounds in against a crediable opponent not afraid of him who has a chance of upsetting him.toney would stand & trade with him,he can take a punch,& rarely gets hit cleanly.wlad would kill dimitrenko.toney would be an excellent test of wlads all round skills.
