I'm sure the CSAC knew this was a possibility and it was probably the route Arum would take, but there is nothing they can do about it; it's out of thier "jurisdiction" if you will.

Cotto vs Clottey is good enough to headline alone with a couple of crappy undercards on HBO PPV. Arum will still make the ****ty Pavlik vs Mora fight a PPV and entice potential PPV buys from the Mexican audience with Margarito and Julio Jr as co-headliner/undercard fights. Typical promoter looking to juice the market type caca.

What did I tell you, Plasterito co-headlining JCC JR fights. This is the begining of the end for Plasterito. Arum's milking him for whatever he has left, that disgracefull cheating piece of **** will be a staple at Tijuana ballrooms for a long time.

It's out of their jurisdiction but it's in their jurisdiction to lengthen Margarito's ban, which is what they should do if they go through with this farce.

Pavlik vs. Mora is a fraud, at least his last fight was supposed to be a tune-up, but this is just a waste of money.
