Because he couldnt make weight anymore Torrelcampo and Singsurat were at Flyweight I think. He avenged the loss to Morales and the draw to Marquez.

Morales already lost to Raheem before the 2nd Pac fight, Pac should get very little credit for beating Morales. Morales wasn't supposed to win the first fight and did. The Marquez fights we all know were robberies and Marquez should have gotten the decision.
