This is a guy who (just last Summer) was talking about accomplishing it all in the sport and being retired from it by age 26.

It's funny how someone could be involved with boxing at any level for a decade and still be so delusionally unaware of its harsh realities.

His mentality was so green it was practically pre-developmental. Gotta be one of the most non boxing-literate boxers ever to have reached this level of exposure.

If Barrera knocks him out...it's a long way back. It didn't seem as if Amir was expecting any kind of serious obstacle on the path to greatness, let alone being brutally KTFO twice. Makes you question whether he's got the will for an uphill slog in the event of another hard defeat.

Khan might have been a tad nieve but his mentalaity is great his resolve is solid after his crushing defeat he said all the right things and did everything u could want from a boxer in his situation then came out and put on his best and most proffesional performance, he has character
