Rojas UD Edwards, Gamboa KOd him,,,,that means Gamboa beats Rojas? Doesnt work that way.

Have you ever seen Rojas fight?

His loss against Gamaliel Diaz was bull****, he easily won that fight, he was deducted 4 or 5 points in that fight and they gave Diaz a bs split decision win in his home.

Rojas is exteremely talented, and I don't recall ever seeing him lose a round. Him and Gamboa were supposed to face off and Gamboa backed out. Now he's fighting some other guy with the last name Rojas.

Dont judge people just from what you see on boxrec.

You've truly proven yourself to be a BoxRec Warrior in this thread that's for sure, you should be there poster boy.

He won all 10 rounds easily and Edwards was never in the fight. Gamboa knocked him up. Different styles. Both dominated him in their own ways. Gamboa in a much more entertaining and electrifying way. But that still means nothing and tells us nothing about how it would be if Rojas and Gamboa fought.

          stop with the boxrec.

I ve seen rojas, he is very skill, he have decent pop and very qucik hands, and slick. They didnt want to risk Gamboa, because at this stage, with Gamboas wildness, Rojas UDs him. This is just about styles and experience, and Rojas is a bit ahead of Gamboa, not saying he is a better fighter, but is at the same level.

i love the boxrec guys, hahahahah!!!!!!!!!!!!

They had an agreement to fight. Gamboa decided to go another direction and fight someone else.

                      from ESPN.COM rankings.

                      4. Elio Rojas (20-1)

With titleholder Oscar Larios sidelined because of a cut in his last fight on Oct. 16, mandatory challenger Rojas was supposed to face 2004 Olympic gold medalist Yuriorkis Gamboa (12-0) for the vacant belt. However, Gamboa's handlers are understandably having second thoughts and looking in another direction.
                      Next: TBA.
