And it's not as if Manny hasn't already fought at 140 and above before anyway. He came into the Barrera rematch over 140lbs, if I'm not mistaken, he was close to 140lbs for the Diaz fight, and he weighed 142 against Oscar.

This is only Manny's first 150lbs bout on paper. For all intents and purposes, he's been fighting at 140 for a while now.
Pac has had 1 fight above 135. For all intents and purposes, he has NOT been fighting at 140 for a while now.

Oh c'mon. Technically speaking no, but he's come into his last 3 fights at over 140.

It's time to cut the ****. Hatton is not a big threat to Manny. This is just one of those "event" fights to draw in casual fans, make a ****load of money, and fail to live up to the hype. Ala' Oscar/Floyd, Floyd/Hatton, Oscar/Manny.

If he can make Pac wear Pillow gloves and then headbutt him up above the eye.......yeah sure.

          Hatton has no chance.
I agree with this. Pacquiao should have no prob with hatton.

Well, its not just about making the weight - its about the opponent he will be facing whos natural at this higher weight, and will also come in the ring at about 154, and be more powerful than any fighter Manny has faced. So coming up in weight carries many difficulties...
