        First, it's not a rating for career. It just focuses on 130 where his work was good but not really any better than anyone in front of him save maybe Villaflor. Considering the career long favor he got from the WBC and its judges, the controversial nature of both the LaPorte and Lockridge wins, the blindness of the formula to controversy, and the number of HOFers in front of him, he's fine.
