I dont really believe someone who gets KO'd deserves to get a rematch lol. Only if one fighter dominates then gets KO'd or both fighters dish out some knockdowns.

I would not say he improved alot. we cant really know how much hatton has improved until we see hatton against pac. he showed some improvement against malignaggi for a couple rounds until he reverted to type. also malignaggi is featherfisted and hatton had nohing to worry about.
I dont think he will win over pacman, but in some weird ass other dimension where he could, i think he would be entitled to a rematch alright.
hatton can be entitled to a rematch... its just that he has to get behind mosley and cotto.

the only fight bigger than a pacquaio win for hatton... is a fight with mayweather
it makes alot of sense paquiao may be considered 1 p4p but i don't think that anyone actually thinks pquiao is a better boxer than shane or cotto and both shane and cotto are at the top of the ww division the best division in boxing .
if hatton was to fight shane or cotto no one would favor hatton to win that is reason enought to fight them and because floyd is said to had avoided these 2 fighters where as most think that floyd would demolish paquiao and before paquiao beat oscar no one would even consider a mayweather paquiao fight

How boring Hatton has no ****in chance against floyd hell it was obvious before the first fight. i dont even think floyd's nuthuggers would want to see that fight if they really care about his legacy. if he comes back it should just be for Cotto, Mosley, Williams, Margarito, or Pacquiao!

how do you figure that? hatton has had 2 fights since his fight with floyd,he lookedd awful against lazcano and lazcano is a above average light weight the he looked okay against a paulie that wasn't fighting, so how can you actually tell if hatton has gotten better since his match with floyd?

why does anyone deserve to fight floyd if they are only beating lightweights and super lightweights

                  Stan or not.

Hatton's best round was the 5th, his success being that he smothered Floyd from doing any work.

I give him the 2nd on aggression, even though he shipped all the clean, effective shots in the round.

If your 'successes' in a fight were the moments you stopped your opponent working but failed to do any work yourself (besides missing, grabbing and grappling), you know you were hurting.

If Cortez had've never stepped in once in that fight, it would've ended the same way. Floyd was working Ricky in a lot of the inside exchanges, too.

I think Hatton is a good dude, solid character and one hell of a fighter, but i dont think if he beats Pac that he DESERVES a rematch with PBF....like i stated before, rematches should happen in a) close SD fights b) draws c) no-contest due to cuts or injuries.......

Hatton vs PBF wasnt a close fight, definitely wasnt a draw or a no contest...
He was eating rights and lefts all night, it seemed PBF was toying with him the whole night....

And i still got Pac by KO9
