Mosley was offered the fight but said he didn't want to fight Cotto in New York City again. Top Rank wants to do a fight the day before the Puerto Rican parade because those shows are always blockbusters. Mosley wouldn't bend so that fight obviously isn't going to be next.

Mosley could take this opportunity to fight someone like Andre Berto instead, and then get the Cotto-Clottey winner.
