I'm guessing it means "Mamarito" which "mama" means "to suck". PR's love to use that as an insult, so I'm sure on the Island they have been calling Margarito, "Mamarito".

The thing is, you can't really say "mamar" or "mama" because it insinuates sucking ***. As in "suck a ***" so I'm sure the show couldn't say that because it's a curse word so they put an "R" in it, maRmarito........

They are just poking fun at the situation and having a laugh at the cheaters expense. The only reason why any of you care is because they are making fun of the disgraced cheater who for a couple month had you all believing he was the messiah of mexican boxing.
