Yea, he quit. Anyone who doesn't think so is delusional. You don't take two knees, throw no punches, and expect the fight to continue, he knew what he was doing.

Thing is, he shouldn't get **** for it. Anyone who says he didn't leave his heart in the ring on July 26th doesn't know what they're talking about. As if people would have had more respect for him if he got up and got the **** kicked out of him until he couldn't stand? That's ******ed.

no if we are getting technical about this NO he didn't quit he never said anything and he got back up even if it was slowly he looked to his corner and even before he looked over there his trainer STOPPED the fight.

he DID not quit. even if he did want to he didn't. his trainer stepped in.

Cotto never said a word and got up before he looked to his corner. and even if he did look to his corner he was probably looking to his corner to see if they would stop the fight.

That is not quitting. He knew he could not take any more but that does not mean he quit. He was taking a knee realising he needed time and could not take more punches. If his corner or ref didn't stop it I think he would have attempted to continue

He shook his head. Don't be in denial . He couldn't take it no more and he sure didn't argue the stoppage.

he shook his head after his trainer came in and stopped it im watching the fight right now as we speak. and even if he didn't argue doesn't mean he quit the fight would still be stopped so that means absolutely nothing.
