I know not a fighter have the same power in each type of punch...but on average what is the hardest punch....

The left hook?

Right hook?

Straight right hand?

Overhand right?

Left/Right uppercut?

Its all depends on styles. Look at Tito and and Hearns, oth great power punchers, hearns more powerfull shot was the overhand right and Titos best punch was his left hook!!!!!!!

The hardest punch depends on the fighter. But the most dangerous punch is the uppercut. It can hurt anybody even if it ain't thrown by a heavy hitter just cuz it snaps a man's head back every time.

Generally your straight right or left is supposed to be your power punch. But the people saying it depends on the fighter, are correct.

It all depends on the fighters. But the left hook is a weapon of choice between orthodox fighters. Its the one that always seems to find that delicate liver and it catches the chin of right handed fighters at a bad angle sparking the KO mechanism.
