Best career is a bit vague, but I'd say Hopkins
Jones won belts at multiple weight classes and faced good opposition
Hopkins is in his 40's and still winning fights and still high in any P4P list
I wouldn't say Oscar, but can understand him being chosen
And I don't think Mosley or Joe come into it tbh.

hopkins..20 title defenses 2 division champ..took the less punishment..oldest on the list and still p4p#3 in the world..dude is 1 of a kind

B-Hop is the best choice imo.

Two weight champion.
20 successful titles of the middleweight crown.
Has notable wins over Tarver, Johnson, Trinidad, De La Hoya, Pavlik and Wright.
On the p4p list at age 44. ( in the top 3).

depends on your definition of "success". If its just money, then it's Oscar hands down. He made more than everyone else on the list combined.
