It didnt appear to me that Phillips quit. It looked more like the ref or doctor stopped it. If my memory serves me correctly, Phillips and Williams fought for a vacant WBO interim, so Phillips didnt actually un ass "his" title. With all that being said, I think Williams will beat the **** out of Kirkland fairly easy. ****, Phillips is still probably able to take Kirkland school.
